To uphold the highest quality and show appreciation for our members, we prioritize featuring real weddings from those within our Directory. Members receive priority as a membership benefit, recognizing their value to our community. While we welcome submissions from non-members, we can only select a limited number due to the significant effort required to curate and present each real wedding feature with the attention and detail it deserves.

For both members and non-members, Beloved Rentals thoroughly reviews each submission, reserving the right to approve or decline a real wedding feature. Our commitment is to publish weddings that align with our distinctive style and aesthetic.

Q: What type of submissions do you accept?

A: We welcome submissions in various areas:

Q: Who can submit?

A: You don’t have to be a photographer to submit; planners, couples, or wedding suppliers, please don’t be shy. Before submitting, ensure you have permission from the couple and especially the photographer, as the copyright remains with them.

Q: Do you feature content that has been featured elsewhere?

A: We accept submissions previously featured in print. Submissions featured on other blogs are also accepted; please provide details of where and when at the time of submission.

Q: How long does it take to hear back regarding a submission?

A: We aim to respond to submissions within 5 days, usually less. If you haven’t heard from us after this time, feel free to send a follow-up email.
